The Brief
The work is delicate, precise, and quietly extraordinary -- tiny human figures, geometric structures, miniature worlds worn on the body. The identity needed to match that sensibility: refined, editorial, worthy of fine jewelry without feeling like a department store.
The Approach
A custom-feeling display typeface with open counters and architectural letterforms mirrors the structural precision of Asagi's jewelry -- intricate without being ornate. Black and white grounds the system in gallery formality, with gold pulled directly from the metalwork itself. The type treatment is confident enough to hold its own against the richness of the pieces, letting the jewelry lead while the identity frames it with intention.
